Overview:

Official Site

If you seek a destination outside the GO system’s routes, your best bet is to go Greyhound. The company’s terminal is situated on the edge of China Town just one block from the largest shopping mall in downtown Toronto -- The Eaton Center. Passengers can await their bus at the open-air loading bays or inside while peering out the huge windows in hopes of an on-time arrival/departure. Inside the terminal itself you'll find a large bank of storage lockers, a couple small restaurants and reasonably comfortable seating. The washrooms are down the escalators and on this lower level you will also discover a specialty coffee shop, a magazine and smoke shop and an underground walkway connecting the bus terminal with both the Eaton Center and the local subway system. If you are meeting someone at the bus station the arrivals area can be a little hard to find. It is across the street, behind the departures area. The best way to get there is to follow the corridor lined with storage lockers. Special discounts are often available for companion travelers, children, students, senior citizens and travelers who book 7 days in advance.
